Six miles down a winding private driveway—through three working Montana ranches—you reach the end of the road. And the beginning of something rare.
This is The Cabin—a secluded riverfront retreat at the mouth of Paradise Valley, where wild Montana meets the ease and charm of Livingston just minutes away.
Remote, Yet Remarkably Close
One of the most unique features of The Cabin is how private and wild it feels—while being only a short drive to downtown Livingston. Guests enjoy complete seclusion on the river, then pop into town for coffee, live music, art galleries, fly shops, and some of the best dining in Montana.
Livingston is a historic railroad town with a creative soul—known for its Western heritage, vibrant arts scene, independent shops, and welcoming locals. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the morning fishing the Yellowstone and the evening enjoying a great meal on Main Street.

Designed for Togetherness — and Privacy
The cabin features a thoughtful split layout, ideal for families, couples, or small groups.Upper Level : Full kitchen, bathroom, and an inviting living room for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Both the kitchen and the living room offer spectacular views of the property, the Yellowstone River and surrounding mountains. Two rooms with twin beds and an upper loft with a queen bed. Couch offers a full size pull out bed. Upper level sleeps 7. Lower Level: A private space with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area—perfect for hosts, couples, or guests seeking quiet retreat. Queen bed, sleeps two. Montana Canvas Tent:A raised platform tent overlooking the river offers a one-of-a-kind glamping experience with front-row Yellowstone views.

Wildlife, Wilderness & Open Space
Bordering 640 acres of Montana wilderness, the property offers immediate access to hiking trails and open land. Wildlife sightings are common—eagles, osprey, deer, fox, bear, and mountain lions are part of the landscape.
(And for peace of mind: no grizzly bears have been seen here.)
